At the entrance to the Supreme Court are two statues sculpted by James Earle Fraser. This is the statue “Contemplation of Justice”.
The statue “Comtemplation of Justice” represents the duties of the Supreme Court.
The Authority of Law, also called the Guardian or Executor of Law, is powerful, erect, and vigilant. He waits with concentrated attention, holding in his left hand the tablet of laws, backed by the sheathed sword, symbolic of enforcement through law.
